You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a contract to create an account and participate in tournaments on Clash Battle. Users from jurisdictions where skill-based real-money gaming is restricted or prohibited by local law are not permitted to participate.
You are responsible for providing accurate registration details and keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. Multiple accounts by the same individual are not permitted.
Clash Battle is a skill-based gaming platform. Outcomes of matches depend predominantly on the skill, strategy, and in-game performance of participants rather than chance.
Entry fees for paid contests are clearly displayed before joining. Rewards are distributed based on the final in-game rank or performance as per the specific contest rules shown at the time of entry.
Winnings can be withdrawn to a verified UPI ID, bank account, or redeemed as vouchers, subject to successful KYC verification and any applicable minimum withdrawal limits.
Use of hacks, cheats, emulators where disallowed, multiple accounts, collusion, or any attempt to manipulate match outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of winnings and account suspension. See our Fair Play Policy for details.
Winnings may be subject to tax deduction at source as per applicable law. Users are responsible for complying with their own tax obligations.
Clash Battle is not liable for losses arising from technical issues on the user's device, internet connectivity, or third-party game servers beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
